How often should I get professional facials or treatments?
For most people, getting a professional facial once every 4 to 6 weeks is ideal. This aligns with your skin’s natural renewal cycle and helps manage concerns like aging, acne, dryness, or dullness. At Spa La La Tampa, our membership tiers make it easy to stay consistent.
How often should I have my acrylic or Gel Nails rebalanced?
To keep your nails strong, smooth, and beautifully maintained, we recommend a rebalance every 2–3 weeks. If you have shorter nail beds, closer to 2 weeks is ideal, since regrowth happens faster and can affect the nail’s structure more quickly.
Waiting too long can lead to lifting, breakage, or even damage to your natural nail — especially as the balance shifts with growth. Regular fills not only keep your nails looking flawless but also help protect the integrity of your enhancement.

Do facial services roll over if I don’t use them each month?
Yes! If you’re a member of our Platinum, Gold, or Rose Gold tiers, your unused facial services roll over to the next month—as long as your membership remains active.
Is there a cancellation policy for memberships?
We require a minimum 3-month commitment for membership benefits. After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Services must be used in one visit and can’t be combined with other promotions.
