How often should I get professional facials or treatments?
For most people, getting a professional facial once every 4 to 6 weeks is ideal. This aligns with your skin’s natural renewal cycle and helps manage concerns like aging, acne, dryness, or dullness. At Spa La La Tampa, our membership tiers make it easy to stay consistent.
What’s the difference between a HydraFacial and a traditional facial?
A HydraFacial uses a patented device to cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate with powerful serums—all in one treatment. It offers instant glow with no downtime. Traditional facials are customized manually and may focus on massage, steam, and masks. We offer both options, based on your skin goals.
What is microneedling and is it safe?
Microneedling stimulates collagen by creating micro-injuries in the skin using a precision-controlled device. It's safe when performed by trained professionals like our licensed estheticians and is effective for reducing fine lines, acne scars, and improving texture.

Do facial services roll over if I don’t use them each month?
Yes! If you’re a member of our Platinum, Gold, or Rose Gold tiers, your unused facial services roll over to the next month—as long as your membership remains active.
Is there a cancellation policy for memberships?
We require a minimum 3-month commitment for membership benefits. After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Services must be used in one visit and can’t be combined with other promotions.
