Cancellation & No-Show Policy


We understand that life happens! To respect our team and other guests, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee up to half the full service amount. All appointments require confirmation by SPA LA LA TAMPA staff to ensure your reservation is accurate and the right time is booked.



Booking & Appointment Confirmation


To provide personalized care and avoid scheduling conflicts, all appointments must be confirmed directly by our team. This helps us prepare for your visit and ensures you receive the best service possible.



Gift Card & Prepayment Terms


  • Gift cards and prepayments are NON-refundable but may be applied as store credit toward future services or products.
  • Gift cards cannot be combined with any discounts, specials, or promotions.
  • We do not allow double discounts or combining offers.
  • Please note, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Specials cannot be combined, altered. edited, changed or refunded once bought. Discounts cannot be combined with specials. NON REFUNDABLE

  • This agreement is between Spa La La Tampa and the Member listed above.
  • Membership is billed monthly and includes the services listed in the selected tier.
  • Membership auto-renews on a month-to-month basis after the initial commitment.


TERMS & BILLING


  • A valid debit or credit card is required at enrollment.
  • Monthly billing occurs on the same date each month.
  • Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of benefits until resolved.
  • Minimum term commitment is [3 months]. Early cancellation may incur a $50 early termination fee.


CANCELLATION & FREEZE


  • Cancel anytime after the minimum term with 14 days’ written notice.
  • Memberships can be frozen once per year for up to 30 days with written notice.
  • No refunds for unused benefits, missed appointments, or partial months.


BENEFITS & REDEMPTION


  • Includes 1 service per month based on your membership type (e.g., facial, massage, etc.).
  • Additional services or upgrades are available at exclusive member pricing.
  • Rollover: One unused monthly service may roll over for 60 days (optional policy).
  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.


SCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS


  • Please schedule in advance to ensure your preferred time and provider.
  • 24-hour cancellation is required. Missed or late-canceled appointments may forfeit that month’s benefit or incur a $35 fee.


COMBINING DISCOUNTS


  • Membership discounts cannot be combined with gift cards, promotions, or other offers.
  • Store credit or promotional offers cannot be applied to membership fees.


HEALTH & SAFETY


  • A current intake and consent form is required before receiving services.
  • Members must notify us of medical changes, medications, or skincare treatments (e.g., Retin-A, Botox, etc.).
  • Spa services are not a substitute for medical care. Use of services is at your own risk.


CONDUCT & TERMINATION


  • Respectful conduct is expected. Any harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.


TERMS SUBJECT TO CHANGE


  • Spa La La Tampa may update membership pricing or terms with 30 days’ notice.

Continued use of the membership implies acceptance of updated terms.
